Kyle and Jodie fulfilled their dream of starting their own lab by creating an environment where a high quality product was produced by technicians who were well-trained and allowed to work in a flexible, aesthetically pleasing environmnet. For years, they fostered an environment which rewarded employees for gaining the training needed to serve their clients better. Employees were allowed to work flexible schedules, ensuring a positive workplace where they were happy to come and do a good job.
Britton Rea to Carry On Service Tradition
In 2005, Kyle and Jodie were joined at the lab by their oldest son Britton. Britton has had the good fortune to have shared a bench with his father for many years. Through this experience he has gleaned invaluable technique training and laboratory skills. Recently, with his father's passing, Britton has taken over Great White's production services and is looking forward to leading the lab into a new decade of prosperity.
